We’ve established that stress can be manifested in many forms, good, bad, and ugly. 

Your nervous system could just as easily be reeling from your surprise birthday party as from a seasonal flu.

One thing I've seen posted a lot lately on other blogs, articles, and YouTube, is  people not sticking to programs enough. Lots of quotes sounding something like, "wanna see results, stop program-hoping, and just pick one and stick to it"....or something along those lines.

BioForce HRV 2.1 for Android

The BioForce HRV 2.1 update is now live and available for Android devices

This is an extensive update designed to add compatibility with Bluetooth 4.0, fix minor issues that came up with the new Android release, and improve design and overall usability.

The complete list of changes in 2.1 include:
