A snapshot of how your responses compare to those of your peers

 Personal Trainers and Strength & Conditioning Coaches Predominate

Not so surprisingly, 68% of youidentified yourselves as personal trainers, while a close 62% identified yourselves as strength and conditioning coaches

The Sweet Spot: 11-30 Clients Per Week

While the number of clients/week seen by the personal trainers and gym owners were quite varied, 43% of them saw 11-30 clients per week.   The second largest group trailed behind with 18% of personal trainers and gym owners seeing less than 10 clients per week

We can see that many owners and trainers for smaller to mid-sized businesses are looking for ways to set themselves apart and expand their client base while increasing the training experience for current clients

Owners and trainers with larger client bases expressed interest in continuing to stay ahead of the curve and provide the highest quality of training to their customers over the long term.  

A Personal Approach: The One-On-One Training Model Is More Widely Used

Of the personal trainers, 45% use a one-on-one business model to train their clients.  Interestingly, the second most common model focuses on the opposite approach: 30% of personal trainers primarily utilize group training

For the trainers that use a one-on-one business model, you’ve already shown a commitment to individual attention; the data provided by BioForce HRV will allow you to add an entirely new dimension of individualization to your training

    Is the question, "How many people took the survey?" If so, the answer is that almost everyone did, over 90
