Making Adjustments in Your Training Week Using HRV

One thing I've seen posted a lot lately on other blogs, articles, and YouTube, is  people not sticking to programs enough. Lots of quotes sounding something like, "wanna see results, stop program-hoping, and just pick one and stick to it"....or something along those lines.

I agree, but this program was meant for "so-and-so", this one helped that guy break this other record...and on and on. However, if you are going to use (insert popular generic training program name here), that's cool, glad to hear it, but don't be afraid to make adjustments. Just cause it ...
